Not really. I just walk in a local park. It’s better when there are inclines instead of just flat. Going up and down stairs is most intense.

It’s a good workout in the laziest way possible. I just listen to podcasts and enjoy nature.

is it just a back pack or can you attach weights to the limbs also?

It’s just a backpack designed to hold heavy weight, a weighted vest would be a good idea too. Anything that adds resistance to build strength
