I’m sure guys/girls with a big following would prefer to see relevant notifications Vs a bunch of spam

And they could set the amount of sats to mention them.

So if someone wanted to mention me, I could set it at 10 sats

If someone wanted to mention #[3]​ maybe he sets it at 100 sats
