I'm carnivore, but this isn't true at all. There are a few studies that show red meat can help lower cancer risks.
However, there are like 50 that show it can increase it.
Pork and chicken generally don't seem to have an affect one way or another. Same with seafood. Some studies show high seafood increases cancer risks, some the opposite.
There was a 13 year population study of the Inuit population (n≈5000) living traditionally in Greenland.
During the 13 years of study there was not 1 case of cancer observed in the fully carnivorous population. Not 1.
When there is no exogenous glucose introduced into the body, there is no fuel for cancer to grow.

My brother has colon cancer last 4 years. He has gone through normal eating, carnivore, keto, and vegetarian. The vegetarian has dropped his numbers tremendously. So did carnivore and keto, but not nearly as much. The key there is lack of sugar and carbs, not plants.
That's obviously anecdotal, but still.

I eat carnivore for the weight management and tie into my fasting. Never ate much greens anyways. So no biggie.
But I don't believe in the BS hype about it solving cancer, inflammation, headaches, and a million other things.

It's a restrictive diet. Period. It works the same as all other ones do. Keto yields the same results when done properly. There are plenty of insanely healthy people who eat 85/15 protein carbs too. And doctors who say seed oils can decrease inflammation.
