It's because it doesn't really matter.

Bitcoin is technically crypto & doesn't need any special considerations. I don't like crypto but banning it isn't the right approach either. Removing silly restrictions & taxes from the whole of crypto & only targeting fraud as it occurs, is not a bad approach. I suspect some of the fraudsters will have a bad time under Trump.

I have a feeling crypto may also be used as a distraction to prevent Bitcoin from running too hard, too quickly. That's a bit shit, but the scams will collapse soon enough.

Maybe this is crypto's last Bitcoin epoch?
