I am pro gun rights and gun freedoms. As a sporting option: they’re a lot of fun. As a tool for food and survival: they’re useful. As a way to increase one’s understanding of physics and machines: they serve as an avenue for learning. As a way to maintain one’s freedom from tyranny: they’re a necessity.

For me as a German in the middle of Europe, this is very unconventional. In the end, it is perhaps the unfair conditions that bring suffering and not the weapons themselves. I like your view from different perspectives with good arguments. Thank you 🫂

You’re welcome. And I can appreciate how it can seem strange to hear Americans talk about guns the way we do (especially those of us who enjoy them). It’s certainly a unique cultural nuance.

Because of that i think it’s challenging to discuss the subject, so I will say this: if you have any questions, please ask. I am always happy to have a dialogue.

Listening, processing and then responding is an almost forgotten skill. Far too many people cancel others prematurely and thereby deprive themselves of the chance to learn from dialogue.

I could not agree with you more
