Canadian mounties waste a month following around a guy who ordered a loli onahole instead of arresting pedophiles. And now all his friends and work acquaintances know his hentai preferences for no fucking reason and he had to waste money on bail and a lawyer AND got dragged through the muck by the local media despite doing nothing wrong. Even the prosecutor wasn't willing to pursue and offered a peace bond to just drop the whole thing(American equivalent would be an OR release with minor conditions.)

So even though loli hentai IS illegal in Canada, it still offers weak cases, so all it leads to when pursued is wasting everyone's time.
