What if relays become the fabric of the internet? No more servers, nor DNS, just the IP, nostr, Bitcoin, and blossom protocols. It's all nodes/relays, and your notes and other stuff just gets cached and passed along to where they're wanted.
what you are describing is p2p so like pear and keet does, infact this is the vision for pear
