The disrupting technologies can weaken the centralized power, but it takes long time to bring real changes. On the other hand the real anarchy doesn't exist. The human mind always want to have power on somebody else, the hierarchy is unavoidable. Read George Kennan's writings about the governments.It isn't even really about crypto or blockchain. All governments rule by consent of the governed. Always. Rational Anarchy is the real belief system everyone lives by. If the government had true power no one would speed or do illegal drugs. Distributed and determined attacks are very hard to stop even for large militaries. This is a lesson the US government refuses to learn and it keeps causing them to lose wars.
