What’s your go-to hot sauce? I used to be a Sriracha maxi (the original one not all the knock offs) but these days I’ve been on a Cholula kick.
Depends on the situation, but Valentina extra hot, Franks, also believe it or not Bucky’s Scorpion Pepper is really good. My favorite used to be the green El Yucateca habanero until I realized it had dyes which weren’t good. Also love Caribbean scotch bonnet style hot sauce
