Agree. The workaround is cool but we need something everyone can use easily
the nostr client relationship with Apple isn’t consistent
removing in app payments might be the way forward so people can zap a note
or, attach it to the profile/username and not the note
why not make the #OnlyZaps icon after your username an actual zap button you could use?
or drop it in the status
apps can’t make in-app purchases and be accused of doing so if the app makes it impossible, making it an argument about what people can post (their LNURL) could get Apple less sympathy for their in-app purchases defense against app developers
I think Will said that is likely to get you banned. It’s not about where you put it in the note, but the fact that it’s in the note, period.
