"Die Branche wiederum setzt seitdem zunehmend auf ungelernte Kräfte" - my point exactly. I've worked in that industry for 30 years. I'm a trained restaurant professional (Restaurantfachmann). I have certs coming out my butt and I've spent almost 20k over the years on my cocktail certifications. Then you open a "cocktail bar" and offer me €13/h to manage your bar for you and build up your cocktail business?

Yeah, no.

Yeah, it was like that in logistics. Three years of training and a 1.0 on the exam and they offered me €14/hr. LOL

That's why we all left and they can barely keep their businesses running. Oh well. Sucks to be them. And now they have trouble finding apprentices. Surprise, surprise.

Starve your staff, at your own peril.

Hotels have the same problem. Nobody wants their stupid €450 jobs.
