Pushing myself to start reading more as a daily exercise. Started today with 30 minutes.

Seeing how my attention span has intensely decreased through daily social media usage, I feel that there’s a huge resistance in actually just sitting down and reading built up in my head, which I want to fight.

Feels uncomfortable and challenging, but necessary.

Consider reading a book called Stolen Focus by Johann Hari which covers attention span decease, I found it really interesting and used it to help change some of my digital habits.
