Right when you wake up is nice to sit by yourself before going on your phone. Start with 15 minutes with your eyes closed and work your way up as you build the stamina.

Long walks by myself with no phone or headphones are nice anytime.

Before bed is great for another quiet session to yourself journaling or meditating.
