Would you consider expanding your website to the hospitality industry in general?
i.e. My friend actually runs a boutique hotel and wine rooms, he is a chef and a restaurant inspector for "The Times"
His family also own a second restaurant on the Isle of Wight.

Also, your website, I believe, should have a call to action, i.e. contact us or these people / organisations to help, or case studies etc...
