Was up at 6am for a workout outside in 3°c temps. I've never been a morning person, more of a night owl, but getting on the 75hard challenge has really forced me to make some changes for the positive. I'm out to see the sunrise, getting stronger and feeling an energy and excitement for life I've been missing.
