Everyone has a unique public key. It starts with npub and is on your profile page. They can find you by that.

Cool! You should also check out primal! You use your same private key and you will be using the same account across both clients. Primal has a built in lightning wallet that's you can use to get a lightning address and set it in your profile. Then people can zap you for content you post.
