Chamath has a blind spot in regards to the landscape of reserve assets. The US - via debasement and weaponization - has forced its counterparts to seek alternatives to the USD.

What are you smoking Marty? The counterparts of the US have currencies that are debasing at a much faster rate than the dollar. The dollar IS their better alternative.
