Variable zap minimums solve this and other spam.
Let the user set ⚡️ limits to engage with them. If anyone, not just zapper, wants to send 1 sat all day they can. But raising your minimum wouldn’t allow them to zap you. Or spam your notifications.
If you could raise your min to 50 sats, 100 sats, 1BTC, variable amounts you can control what is and isn’t spam.
If Semisol wants to “spam” 1BTC per post that is worth my time to accept it. But with variable user control you would get the power to control what is and isn’t spam.
Maybe we do what Alby does for notifications. You can set a threshold on zap alerts. I get an email if I get 1500 or more sats (I think?)
If under 100 for instance just ignore sending an alert. Make it customizable.
I’ll take every sat anyone wants to give me.
