I think it depends on the kind of learner you are but I recommend Javascript if you are a visual learner since you have the ability to iterate quickly building a ui which gives you the early positive feedback you need when getting started.
go is the easiest language to learn structure and algorithms, and great for building web services like nostr relays and such
