I wonder how many people actually understand how long it took for the accumulation of all the underlying cryptographic technologies & techniques to form #bitcoin into the cohesive cryptographic ecosystem it has become.

It kinda amazes me most people over look the past in this aspect of bitcoin.
Getting into bitcoin there is a massive overload of info to internalize. Took me a long while of sleuthing and bashing this info into my brain to discover the innovation tree that Bitcoin was built on. Makes a lot of sense why Bitcoin is so robust once you learn about all of it though.
