I'd have to find a site suitable for all of use no matter which jurisdiction anyone is living in. For example, Spain has segregated their player pool years ago and most sites show me a Gov splash page telling me that the operator has no Spanish license. I can VPN but if the site has KYC they wont verify my account anyway.

Do you know any LN enabled sites that are recognised for being legit with a proof of their RNG? I know about https://lightning-poker.com/ but have zero info about RNG and if there is full-card house players at the tables. It also has no player pool so EV against random players is pretty crap.
