If i understand correctly a NIP57 zap between two Nostriches, both having wallet support will show and you'll get notified. If one or both don't then nothing occurs. Got it

Actually this is not my experience using it for a while. Only the receiver wallet needs NIP-57 support.

I have been paying to NIP-57 wallet owners from my non NIP-57.

I used ln tips and stacker news wallets for receiving. No issues so far.

I can rule the ln tips wallet with bluewallet. But stacker news seems to be their site only. So temporary solution until Alby and others catch up.

How do you get from nip 05 to nip57?

These are 2 different things, these are Nostr Improvement Proposals (NIP)

- NIP05 is your verification (the purple check) confirming your identity you can get one via nostrplebs.com (i recommend them because #[3] put it together)

- NIP57 is related to your LN wallet supporting that function allowing us to see how many sats per posts you earned and who zapped you
