Maybe rob the delivery guy next time he does actually arrive? Then say you didn't commit a crime because you didn't rob him the last time?

The time before this, I ordered a drink there too, they put it right in front of the door and you could see it so when you open the door it spills, I tried to be nice to the delivery driver and just take the hit and order again.
