It's a pretty contrarian point of view because it offends the "content creators," but I define content as the filler between ads that people are coerced into making in to please algorithms who will enable their living if they're good.

Since there's no central algorithm or forced ads on Nostr, there's no content. Just people communicating and making art.

To put it another way, you could say that content is the milk that platforms harvest off of their content creators (cattle), who are allowed to graze if the content makes them money or are left to starve of it doesn't. They're just farming stuff to feed to users who will buy the things displayed on the ads.

So just to keep things straight in my brain, that's the only thing I call content.
