Pretty sure some tech support is now just a person copying my question information into ChatGPT and getting a response that they copy back to me. 2/3rd of it was telling me to do the stuff I already had done.

They are doing this since 2001 probably. This would explain some of the weird answers.

Before, it was just from a playbook they'd turn to specific pages. Now it's copy/paste to ChatGPT lol
