Education is free. You just need to know where to look.

Now “approved” and “accredited” education you’re talking about.

Institutional education should be fairly priced.

Mass removal of Administrative glut.

Removal of moral hazard that is rubber stamp loans. If you know you’re going to get paid anyway, wouldn’t you just jack up the price?

Well I come from a country were education is completely free up to a degree with honors level. And, most degrees also pay students a small monthly stipend as an incentive to continue studying.

So to me, I really find it wired that anyone would get into so much debt just to get accredited education.

The thing is that even with such great conditions, the educational system here is still fundamentally broken as it does not help students develop the skills needed to thrive in life, but at least it does not burden them with huge student loans

I don’t know what country you are from and therefore don’t know the social and cultural context.

I would say that maybe college doesn’t need to be free but just worth what it provides.

Nothing is free and maybe that money could be put to better use by productive people. Especially if nothing is really learned overall.

Here in the US it shouldn’t also need to be seen as compulsive. Most of my peers found their initial majors too hard and opted to go for easier degrees to get the piece of paper.

I agree 100%

Could not have said it better myself
