Need to find a good way to leverage my Bitcoin position without taking too much risk

Would like to easily put a deposit down on some physical real estate

Rates are horrible for Bitcoin backed loans. High interest, plus must be over-collateralized.

yeh looking forward to when this will be more common and we can get better interest rates with less collateral put down
