Thank you, I was just reading your note about Nostr and its changes over the last 3 years for you.
Yeah, I genuinely love it here but joining so early has its drawbacks. I haven’t seriously gone back to legacy socials but making a lane for myself here is a lot harder than it was in the beginning.
I’ve had to check myself because early on being a lady in real life was like a cheat code for engagement but choosing not to post my face, solely posting positivity, and not being selective in the post I engaged with became problematic. Plus, I started playing a new sport and I really want to be good so Nostr is no longer my primary source of social interaction like it was when I was working in the states.
I take full responsibility for how I’m feeling and how I forward but I’d be a liar if I acted like the only reason I stopped engaging was because of tennis 😂
