Who is pulling what strings and what does each side want?

USA hate socialism and, i would argue, have an eye on their huge oil reserves.
That’s what it sounds like, but what do the people of Venezuela want? Do they like their socialist leader or do they want a change?
Is CIA pulling the strings to make it look like election fraud or is the fraud real?
Is opposition a CIA plant or are they legit?
What about the disqualified candidates? Were they the legit ones replaced by US puppet?

Venezuelans are asking for freedom, to get rid of this government, and for the right to vote to be recognized when choosing their candidate.
On July 28th, there was voting and the government committed fraud, proclaiming itself president again, Nicolás Maduro, when the people elected Edmundo.
Venezuelans are marching to have their vote recognized, to repudiate electoral fraud.
These are good questions
Given the history of US involvement in various Latin nations, I think it’s important that we keep asking questions to get at the truth and not take anything at face value.
