I like yours better because it's more people I don't know or haven't seen or heard of while nostr.band is more influencers, developers, etc.

I like both. They both serve to help you find people. Yours seems better for finding simple plebs with common interests or follows. Band is good for finding strong signal from the builders of this ecosystem.
