Weights and cardio has always been the solution for me. Not wearing myself out during the day makes me sleep bad. Bad sleep precludes mental health issues.

I don't think it's very complicated fiat world just ruins people.

Definitely, there are tricks to changing your personal mindset

You have to be self aware enough to recognize them or you'll fall down the hole

I control my body and mind, it doesn't control me

Plus not holding drs up as Gods and being strong & smart enough to refuse unnecessary drugs.
