its a lot of fun roasting... i have a modified setup, i bought a home roaster, and moved a few wires around inside, and use propane for most of the heating, and a focused heat gun (hence the propane.) then i shut the door and let the thing finish off.

am of the philiosophy you can make good coffee with most any setup as long as you know what you're doing
