Some perform better under urgency. Maybe high risk and should be avoided, but if found in that situation, then having some of these people around might result in a better product.

I think performance under pressure by individuals is different than how groups react under duress. Think “never let a crisis go to waste” or things like the Patriot Act or bailouts/giveaways post-GFC
