One of the best things I have learned as a female nomad is that I plan my activities according to my circles, not some outside calendar or holidays.
And you'd be amazed how productive you are if you plan things according to your own energy level instead of some outside calendars - your body isn't designed to work like a robot five days a week and from 9 to 5; you are a living human being with rhythms: when tired, you take a break; when full of energy, you do things! So simple.
I don't know how things work with men, but one tip I can give is to pay more attention to your partners, especially say/do less stupid things during certain times:) 👀
