Yeah, I speak so much normal, that people often don't realize that I can do the jargon.

Deep Normal

top percentile intelligence 🤝

I guess it's like the Fachidiot is speaking in raw code, and the Fachexpert understands the concept so well -- and is so unperturbed by questions -- that he can speak about it as compiled code.... or raw code.

it's something to do with left/right brain integration i think... a person with high intelligence can remap to multiple analogies describing something easily because their memory is highly laterally connected, and this is something that an "idiot savant" - the old word for an autist who is highly skilled at some specific kind of cognition - also cannot do, eg calculate giant numbers in their working memory but not explain how they can do it

btw, the whole concept of "parable" is all about parsing a spiritual concept into a concrete story for people with lower intelligence to understand

Or, just people who aren't from that specialty.

Most people have particular things that they are focused on, and can understand those things at a very deep level.

But there are other topics, that they only understand at a superficial level because they rarely interact with them.

Nobody knows everything about everything.

but some people understand a lot about a lot

Yeah. It do be like that, sometimes.

I read a lot.

People be like, "Read the source." And then I go read it and come back with a 20-point list of bugs and they're like🤦🏻‍♀️

Yeah, I'm unusually balanced.

Half artist, half autist. 😂

also quite outspoken and proud about it... also like me

that pride is a bit of a stumbling block for sure

Yeah, but I'm a girl, so I'm easy to intimidate with rape threats.

i'm easy to intimidate with threats of social exclusion

Everyone has their Achilles heel.

i've built up a defense of salty disregard and incisive criticism tho

i'm of the opinion these days that not just saying the bleeding obvious is a really big mistake, even if it seems to cost you in the short term

people respect you more in the long term
