It's always the opposite.
If she's intelligent, assertive, strong, unusually self-sufficient and capable, treat her less like a dude. If she's timid, histrionic, illogical, wimpy and easily frightened, treat her more like a dude.
In either case, you'll stand out, by being the only man treating her like that.
