Back home and already ordering blank tapes and thinking of projects involving radio data to tape.

Furthermore, I love the idea of using cassette tapes as bearer instruments for bitcoin.

I am currently thinking thru variations of “nostr:npub1f49twdlzlw667r74jz6t06xxlemd8gp2j7g77l76easpl8jsltvqvlzpez puts the ‘asset’ in ‘cassette’”.

If you think this sort of thing is cool, I recommend you follow nostr:npub1f49twdlzlw667r74jz6t06xxlemd8gp2j7g77l76easpl8jsltvqvlzpez . nostr:note1je0cvxw8ynfll2whnscgnqd7qggqxq8m8j3sjsnwjzfcd3jnlpqs5yrkh0

Yeah so one thing to watch our for is a lot of the data over audio stuff that works over RF, may struggle over cassette because of the wow and flutter. It will generally work on the same deck you record as you playback, but problems arise when you give to friends.

I discuss this a bit more in the first episode.

But yeah! Let's keep experimenting. What's nice about ham modes over cassette vs RF is you can encrypt 😉

So I'm noodling some projects there.
