Diplomatic sources revealed that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is in negotiations with Mexico, Canada, Italy, the United Kingdom, and France to join forces in a military deployment in the Caribbean against drug trafficking linked to the Chavista regime in Venezuela, according to a report by the newspaper ABC Madrid.
