Shouting out to my fellow #UK nostrichers. Can anyone recommend a UK 🇬🇧 based CBD product to help with sleep 😴

Sleeping isn't the problem, falling asleep is 😱 and due to the policy at the fiat mine #420 isn't an option..

Good question, I don't suppose CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) would be useful to you instead of CBD?
