I get the trust thing except in canuckistan the socialists require you to still disclose which sucks. Pleb level = for non millionaires

There’s always a solution

Cheap fast or high quality but you can only choose two am I right?

BC brought in the Land Owner Transparency Act (LOTA) and related reforms specifically to end hidden land ownership through numbered companies and trusts. Before these changes, people could hold property through bare trusts or companies with nominees, making it hard for the public or government to see the real owner.[vancouversun +3]

Trusts and disclosure

You can still have a trust (for example, a bare trust or family trust) that is the registered owner of land, but the “beneficial owners” now generally must be disclosed in a public transparency registry when an interest in land is registered.🤮

I know move somewhere else. Young family embedded within large family support network so likely not.

Something like this: "Anonymity: Land shows Canadian corp; corp’s “owner” is offshore trust (not public in Canada). Offshore jurisdiction blocks foreign subpoenas (Cook Islands ignores CRA requests). No direct tie to you—use “letter of wishes” (non-binding) for control." Then be the humble caretaker like Higgins from Magnum PI.
