-THE BORACAY ISLAND LIFE-

The Tboli is an indigenous community from South Cotabato known for their rich cultural heritage and deep spiritual connection to nature.

At the heart of their traditions is Tnalak, a sacred cloth woven from abaca fibers and dyed using intricate ikat patterns.

Crafted exclusively by women known as "dreamweavers," each Tnalak design is believed to be revealed through dreams, making every piece a spiritual expression as much as a work of art. This textile not only symbolizes Tboli identity but also embodies their values of harmony, ancestry, and cultural continuity.
