The Assault Bike is the #bitcoin of cardio. There is no second best piece of cardio equipment

(excluding the sled which I would say is its own thing)

Make sure you go to a gym that has an assault bike or purchase one used for your home. You will hate it and it will get you shredded

You don’t ride the Assault Bike to avoid pain, and you don’t invest in Bitcoin to avoid volatility. Both are about sticking it out when things get tough and reaping the rewards later. 💪🏻
