Maybe, maybe not.

I spent some time in Moscow recently. Spoke to some old friends who were in Spetsnaz, and two women whose parents were top politicians. They say things in private that they dare not say out loud. Don't think it's a good idea for you while you are there Ed. Even I am being vague here as I fear for their safety.
