I’ve been on a quest to find or develop a decentralized social media solution for decades.

I used Diaspora, Mastadon, and Friendica, but they haven’t fit my bill thus far. So far, there’s a lot of promise here! It’s simple enough that I may be able to entice friends to join, which is key.
