I'm not condoning his shitcoining, but memecoins don't have an illusion of legitimacy, so I don't think it's so bad.

Memecoins are shitcoins. Just because you support him doesn't mean you should give him a pass for this stuff. This is one of the issues with people who get swept up in the left Vs right paradigm. It's only a problem if someone on the other team is doing it. There is no objectivity when you play their game, which is why the hypocrisy tick ticks back and forth between the parties. All they need is some talking points for their fan bases and away we go.
Shitcoins, not shitcoins, idc, but it's gambling. It's not pretending to be anything.
