1: build a holiday backlog with your family to set expectations
2: have working agreements for the big holiday party
3: let dinner party guests join in the feast prep with tasks in a kanban
4: encourage pairing on holiday prep, especially intergenerational
5: run an end-of-year retrospective and 2024 vision session
DO experiment and have fun
DON’T enforce process rigidly, after all the season is about joy and love
