Wife got a couple sheets for us.
Have you found it helps with your sleep? My wife got one recently but I don’t think she’s used it yet. I have been wearing grounded sandals when the weather permits for several years
It has helped me sleep. I think they work well.
Yes, i have noticed that I sleep well and don’t wake up with a sore back. Even after hard workouts.
