Network state is a pipe dream. It’s interesting but it’s the equivalent of pop corn. It passes as finite nutritional value but ultimately is devoid of anything real.
A lot of people bought bitcoin early. God bless them but it’s not exactly a claim to being a paragon of excellence

I believe all you need is a decent CV to get the lowest level of citizenship. I don't know the details of their caste system, but the highest levels could be worth more than 1 BTC, assuming it could get you access to "the club."
