@SpeakerMcCarthy was supposed to pass a clean #DebtLimitIncrease without any cuts to the #Obligations that the last house #117thCongress made! You & the @GOP wasted 83 legislative days for nothing! Passing the #DebtCeiling is #ProForma since 1939 until @newtgingrich started lying trying cut prior authorized budgets with out any reason! Stop this insane cycle! Pass a law that says whatever #budgets that congress has created it should be carried out without any changes from the new members of the next congress. The #DebtCeiling is #nonnegotiable & needs to be #ProForma again! Stop wasting time performing argumentative speeches claiming the wrong narrative of what it really is, Pro Forma reconciliation of passing the #DebtCeilingIncrease! You don’t dictate how #democracy runs, the people vote congressional and senate members to make the budget. Amy Klobuchar DO NOT negotiate with Republicans when we get our legislative wins with the Democratic Congress and the same Republicans who back #Trump! Joe Manchin STFU and croak over!
