The doctors still do the surgery... The insurance just won't cover additional anesthesia. I really don't think its as big of a deal as MSM has made it out to be. No one is going to die because of this.
Cost is between 200 and 3000 per hour of anesthesia, depending on the type. It's not huge and that is exactly why it is infuriating.

Yea private corporations should be forced to pay for everything and individual wants instead. They shouldn't have to go shop a competitor that gives better service. The government can just force them to provide it instead.
